Agio – Menlo Woven Patio Swing (Model No. 1934256)
We are conducting a voluntary safety recall of Agio – Menlo Woven Patio Swings (Model No. 1934256). Only units with this model number are part of the recall. The product was sold exclusively at Costco retail stores and on-line at Costco.com between February 1, 2026 and March 14, 2026.

There have been reports of the swing seat detaching from the swing frame while in use, posing a backward fall hazard. To remedy this problem, we have developed and tested replacement hooks that will be sent to purchasers free of charge along with instructions for replacing the hooks.

Replacement S-Hooks 

I. Old Open S-Hooks being replaced as part of recall.

II. New repair S-Hook with clasp on one end being provided free as part of recall.

 

If you still have your Assembly Instructions, you can find the model number there. Also, if you purchased the swing at Costco or Costco.com during the period indicated, it is likely subject to the recall.

Once your registration is processed, a repair kit along with detailed installation instructions will be sent to you at no cost.

Can I return my patio swing to Costco?

Customers should follow the recall instructions provided on this website to receive a free repair kit. If you prefer to return the product, please contact Costco directly to confirm their current return procedures and requirements.

Do I need my original purchase receipt to participate in the recall?

No. A purchase receipt is not required to register for the recall. You will be asked to provide your contact information and confirm details about your patio swing.

My patio swing appears to be in good condition. Can I continue using it?

No. Even if your patio swing shows no visible signs of damage, you should stop using it immediately. The issue may not be apparent during visual inspection, and continued use could result in injury. Please register for the free repair kit and complete the repair before using the product again.
