What to Prepare Before Requesting a Quote
Provide the following details in the form to help Patio Lane build an initial quote.
For All Quotes
Please include:
- Photos of your furniture
- Measurements
- Fabric color or fabric name, if known
- Furniture collection name or place of purchase, if known
- Quantity needed
- Budget, optional but helpful
For Cushion Replacements
Please include:
- Seat cushion measurements: width × depth × thickness
- Back cushion measurements: width × height × thickness
- Quantity needed
- Photos of the full furniture piece and existing cushions
For Sling Replacements
Please note: Always measure inside the seat frame channels.
1-Piece Sling
Use this if the seat and back are one continuous sling.
Please include:
- Width measured at 3 points:
- Length measured along the sling line
- Do not measure diagonally
- Spline diameter, plastic cord
- Quantity needed
2-Piece Sling
Use this if the seat and back are separate pieces.
Please include measurements for both the seat and back:
- Seat width at top and bottom
- Back width at top and bottom
- Seat length
- Back length
- Spline diameter, plastic cord
- Quantity needed
Required Photos for Sling Quotes
Please include:
- Top of chair
- Underneath chair
- Back of chair
- Rail cap popped off, close-up photo
- Inside the spline
- Fabric color or fabric name, if tagged or known
